The Beacon Hotel in Sandyford, Dublin, have chosen RestaurantDiary booking software for their restaurant, MyThai, which not only manages their table reservations, but also makes great use out of the many marketing features within the Restaurant Diary application.  The software captures customer information so that the restaurant is constantly building up a database that they can market to via text messaging and emails.  The hotel uses this to great effect, particularly for the promotion of offers on quieter evenings or weekend specials when they wish to boost table occupancy.
